An often overlooked or forgotten yet handsome beast. I would totally rock one given the opportunity.

It’s easily my fourth favorite Ford.

I’ve never really liked it. The front bumper hasn’t aged well at all, and the wheels are too big. I’ve always thought it’s an unrefined, bolt-on design, which ultimately looks like something Kahn would build.

Yes, best looking Jag from that time, and very good looking. They can be had for not much money, so if you want one... get one, as you say often over looked, and that is why they are at low prices. Not sure if they will go up, but not likely to go down much more.

Ah yes the: Mr. I didn’t try as hard in school so I can only afford this Jag and not a Bentley Arnage , car.

Now that I think about it, these seem to have disappeared. I guess that’s a consequence of being large cars with high running costs. I was going to write that the lack of a diesel didn’t help but in fact I discover that they had the Ford/PSA V6.

Notthe best Ford era one. I definitely feel the X300 and X308 look much better. X350 is honestly kinda meh to me.

Edit: one pictured is an X358 which is more meh than the X350.

The previous generation is my favorite of the two, but I’d drive either.

You need the Super V8, basically a long wheelbase XJ VdP with the R engine. I agree the wheels could be more restrained though.

I will have to disagree. I feel like they are aging well because they already look old

Wheels could use a little more... class but the super 8 sounds good to me!

They both have an exceptionally pretty wood dash

If the reliability wasn't an issue I would consider it

It is a shame really because I think it's one of the lay of the real classic Jags

The previous just seems a tad off to me. I have always preferred this one

I adore these XJs. The XJ R is even better! In my mind, Jaguar can do no wrong (besides the X Type) but I’m just a low key Jag fanboi haha
